Let’s play a game! Explanation after the jump.

I’ve seen this “game” on some message boards in the past. Not real sure where it orginated (seems like a 4chan thing) and don’t really care. I’m in a Star Wars mood and it’s Friday.

For those who haven’t played (and/or don’t know shit about Star Wars), this comes from a scene in the original trilogy in which starfighter pilots rattle off their call sign and their status. In the case of the movie it’s “Red [insert number here], standing by,” and so on and so forth as they prepare to attack the Death Star.

The game: Somebody posts a picture with “Red [whatever], standing by,” and all subsequent posts in the thread follow the same pattern but use something different in the [whatever] part. A clever response would be, “Red Skelton, standing by.”

Addendum to rules: This is a car-ish blog so red cars receive extra points*.
